What Are IPv6 Proxies?

IPv6 proxies use the newer IPv6 address space, which offers billions of unique addresses at a fraction of the cost of IPv4. Proxyon offers two IPv6 products:

  • IPv6 Rotating - Thread-based rotating proxies with massive IP pools
  • IPv6 Datacenter - Dedicated static IPv6 addresses

IPv4-to-IPv6 Gateway

Your device does not need to support IPv6. Proxyon automatically routes your IPv4 traffic through IPv6 proxies using an internal gateway. Connect over IPv4 as usual and the proxy handles the rest.

When to Use IPv6

IPv6 proxies are the most affordable option. Use them when:

  • The target site accepts IPv6 connections
  • You need a large number of IPs at low cost
  • Bandwidth usage is high and per-GB pricing is too expensive
  • You need rotating IPs for scraping at scale

IPv6 is not supported by all websites. If your target only accepts IPv4, use datacenter or residential proxies instead.
