By accessing or using Proxyon's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use our service.

Proxyon provides proxy infrastructure for legitimate business use. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Proxyon. By using our service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Proxyon provides datacenter proxies (USA, UK, Canada, France) and residential proxies across 195+ countries on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Our service is designed for web scraping, automation, testing, and data collection where legally permitted. We do not offer subscriptions. You pay only for what you use.

Datacenter proxies expire after the time stated at purchase unless renewed. Residential proxy bandwidth does not expire.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may occur.

You create an account to access our dashboard and purchase proxies. No KYC verification is required.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or at the sole discretion of Proxyon.

You are responsible for all charges on your account. Unused residential bandwidth does not expire but has no cash value.

You may use Proxyon only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Access systems without authorization
• Violate intellectual property rights, terms of service, or robots.txt directives of third-party websites
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or malware
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise our infrastructure
• Share or resell access to your account without permission

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. No refunds will be issued for unused credits.

Termination does not release you from obligations incurred before closure.

Proxyon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxyon is not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim

You use our service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use our proxies.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service: email and payment information. We do not collect usage logs.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide the service.

We may send you account-related emails (billing, security) and promotional communications. You can opt out of promotional emails anytime.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

We may also modify pricing, features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Proxyon retains all rights to our platform, dashboard, API, documentation, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.

You grant us permission to use your feedback or suggestions without compensation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Proxyon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, depending on your location. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Proxyon.
